Join us poolside at Alton Apartments for a Mat Pilates + Palomas experience designed for all levels. This low-impact, full-body workout will help you strengthen, tone, and reset while enjoying a fun, social atmosphere with your community. After class, stick around to sip on refreshing Palomas and connect with your neighbors. Please bring your own mat, water, and a friend. In case of inclement weather, the class will be moved indoors.
