MIDTOWN LITTLE WOODROWS | MONDAY SUNSET YOGA

Join us every Monday at 7:00 PM at Little Woodrow’s Midtown for an all-levels yoga flow created to help you reset your mind, move your body, and connect with good people. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already have a regular practice, this class is for you.

Come as you are. No pressure, no judgment, just good energy, intentional movement, and a welcoming space to breathe, stretch, and flow.

Mats are available but limited, so we recommend bringing your own if you have one.

Meet someone new, bring a friend, and be intentional with your flow. After class, stick around for the group photo, discounted drinks for participants, food trucks, and good after-class vibes.

Parking is available in the dirt lot across the street, usually free unless there is a major event. Street parking is also available.
