Join us for an energizing Glow-in-the-Dark Pilates class under the black lights at Little Woodrow’s Midtown! ✨
This all-levels class combines movement, music, and fun as we flow through a 45-minute Pilates session with glow sticks, neon body paint, and black light vibes. Strengthen, tone, and stretch while lighting up the night with the community.
